Introduction

What is MimiRADE?

• An opportunity to just make a darn game after sitting on a PICO-8 license for years.
• An opportunity to implement Mimi's Touhou-style datasheet.
• An opportunity to celebrate one of my favorite shmups, and one of the inspirations for the Touhou series itself.

Originally, this was going to be called "Pico-De-Gaara", and feature expies of J-B and Irori ("Number Five" and "Mima").  But then I had the idea of replacing the signature hand bullets with a paw?  And some large bullets could spell out "WAN!"  Things rolled on from there.
